  I love trying there samples here everytime I pass by and you can also buy hot tea here or the tea leafs but I perfer not to its pretty pricey. I bought a pound of tea and ended up paying $75 for it which wasnt worth it.

  I'm very concern about the customer service the first few times were good then after there was a bad experience, with the supervisor dealing with an employee right in front of me, since I'm also in management in time past 110 plus employees, this is unacceptable the secoud visit was about 6 to 7 weeks later just me and my friend stop by for tea and greeting then who I believe to be the manager abruptly interrupted my friend regarding store policy then my friend ask concerning a tea drink which he wanted to purchase the manager responsed we have discontinued that tea leaf without offering another alternative choice, so we just left. Our office in time past purchase tea drinks there at the Glendale Galleria Teavana,
  look like I'll be taking my generous business elsewhere.
